Co-founded Be.Labs and acted mainly as the lead product designer.
Created acceleration tools and techniques, reaching over 1,500 individuals; successfully pivoted the methodology to a digital model during the pandemic, resulting in a 200% increase in annual profit and won Gold WEPs BRASIL 2021 and Bronze WEPs BRASIL 2019 by United Nations Women.
Facilitated acceleration workshops for over 800 women entrepreneurs, resulting in 77% of participants pivoting their business or initiative, and 99% indicating they would recommend the program to others
Designed end-to-end employee experiences, including onboarding and performance management, resulting in the creation of 15 user manuals and 10 team collaboration toolkits.
Mentored over 500 women entrepreneurs in communication, presentation, business case development, narrative creation, and opportunity identification.
Designed and prototyped an Emotional AI project, which won the IEEE Entrepreneurship Stars 2020 Award.
